Registry Rules & Policies
Licensing-only. Registry records and verification only.
No authority, certification, accreditation, endorsement, or legal effect is implied.
These Rules describe how the Issuer of Presence™ Registry operates. They do not create rights, obligations, or guarantees beyond what is expressly stated.
1. Registry Purpose
The Registry exists to:
- Record issuance of private participation licenses
- Display the current status of those records
- Provide public verification of record state only
The Registry does not judge, certify, approve, endorse, or validate any person, activity, or claim.
2. Issuance
- Applications are reviewed manually.
- Submission does not guarantee issuance.
- Issuance is discretionary.
- Payment (if applicable) does not guarantee issuance.
- Issuance creates a registry record only.
No entitlement or expectation of approval is created.
3. License Status
Registry records may display one of the following states:
- Active — record is current
- Suspended — record temporarily inactive
- Revoked — record terminated
- Expired — record lapsed by time or condition
Status reflects registry state only and does not imply fault, approval, compliance, or wrongdoing.
4. Verification
Verification pages:
- Display the current status of a registry record
- Are informational only
- Do not constitute endorsement, approval, certification, or validation
Verification confirms record state, nothing more.
5. Modification and Removal
The Platform may:
- Update, suspend, revoke, or remove any record
- Modify registry structure or display
- Restrict access to the Registry
All actions are taken at the Platform's discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- Misrepresent the Registry or any license
- Imply authority, certification, or legal effect
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect registry data
- Use automated systems to monitor or reuse registry content
- Use Platform marks without permission

These Rules are governed by, and incorporated into, the Registry License Agreement.
In the event of conflict, the Agreement controls.
