Registry License Agreement (v2026-01-20)

No authority, certification, accreditation, endorsement, or legal effect is implied.
1. Scope
This Registry License Agreement ("Agreement") governs access to and participation in the Issuer of Presence™ private registry (the "Registry").
The Registry records issuance and status of private license records only.
The Platform does not provide legal advice and does not act as a government agency, certification body, regulator, or authority of any kind.
Use of the Platform constitutes agreement to these terms.
2. Registry License
A "license" under this Agreement is a private, revocable permission to be listed in the Registry under the Platform's rules.
A license:
- Does not grant authority, rights, permissions, or recognition outside the Registry
- Does not certify identity, qualifications, conduct, or compliance
- Is issued, maintained, suspended, or revoked solely at the Platform's discretion
Public display reflects record status only (e.g., active, suspended, revoked, expired).
3. Verification
Verification pages display the current status of a Registry record only.
Verification does not constitute endorsement, approval, validation, certification, or confirmation of any person, activity, claim, or representation.
4. Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- Misrepresent the Registry, a license, or verification status
- Imply authority, certification, accreditation, or legal effect
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect Registry data
- Use automated systems to access or monitor the Platform
The Platform may restrict or terminate access at any time.
5. Discretion and Modification
All licensing decisions are discretionary.
The Platform may modify, suspend, revoke, or terminate any license or record at any time, with or without notice.
The Platform may update this Agreement. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Arbitration; New York Venue
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Platform or this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in New York County, New York, under applicable arbitration rules.
Class actions are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or reliance-based damages.
Registry records and verification are provided as-is.
